A deal has yet to be made, but the fact that World Peace’s representatives have been in contact with the Lakers, shows that its very possible. Metta World Peace is 35 years old and hasn’t bee in the NBA since the 2013-2014 season. The Lakers need a defensive small forward, so this move couldn’t hurt them.
World Peace has been spending a lot of time in the gym with Rookies such as Julius Randle. Metta has played four seasons for the Los Angeles Lakers and he was a key part of winning the title in 2010.
