Sources Claim That LeBron James Wants to Build Super Team on Lakers or Heat

- in Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat, Rumors

Wow. There have been multiple sources that say LeBron James will be leaving Cleveland to join a big market team, now that he has brought a championship to Cleveland. Sources are piling up quickly that it will be the Los Angeles Lakers or the Miami Heat.

Don’t believe us? There have been three sources already that have suggested this will happen. The newest one comes from Stephen A. Smith:

The source that came out Saturday was Bill Simmons:

The most credible and reliable source that came out a few days ago was Adrian Wojnarowski:

One more victory, one more magnificent night at Oracle Arena, and James will get to run off with his buddies again somewhere warm. Miami. Los Angeles. Wherever. There’s a restlessness about James that craves the next big move, the next power play. Franchises are on watch again, believing nothing’s forever in Northeast Ohio. Sooner or later, there’s a belief that James comes into play again, a line of thinking that his inner circle has done nothing to dissuade. As for James himself, well, he has gone so far as to publicly describe an end-of-career scenario that doesn’t include Cleveland.

The evidence is piling up extremely fast and if this actually happens, you can expect the world will go absolutely nuts. The Los Angeles Lakers looking like one of the most likely destinations as they have all the cap room in the world and the biggest market. Los Angeles is looking to get back into contention so this would be a no brainer move.

If you think Lebron is leaving that soft road to the Finals in the Eastern Conference you’re out of your mind..

    • John Smith

LeBron is good enough to get to the finals in the west, and I’m pretty sure going to a big market is more important to him.

  • Signetring54

He just purchased a mansion in Los Angeles so why not LA Lakers. Team has lots of money to throw around and if Lebron comes others will follow.

    • Breal Thomas

STOP believing everything you read ,LeBron James ain’t going nowhere.

  • Anthony Thompson

Why keep jumping from team to team, what happened to loyalty?

    • John Smith

Loyalty has always been a very rare thing in the NBA… Everyone always hates on LeBron for it, but no one ever talks about Shaq, Kareem, or Iverson, who all played on more than one team.

      • Anthony Thompson

LeBron doesn’t have anything to prove so why not stay where he is at,he has a team to win another championship right now. He can go to Miami and LA during off.season anytime he wants. Just play for.Cleveland as long have a good team.

  • Cmac

Please no. Lakers just got rid of one arrogant, aging star. Let’s let the young kids play and bring in Durant or someone else that is in an unselfish offense. GSW/Oklahoma/Atanta style is the future. The days of the big star are dying. James is likely the last one, and this is likely his last championship.

    • Breal Thomas

You’re so dam stupid, LeBron James is going to win more championships, just you watch and see.

  • Breal Thomas

This article is bogus, why would LeBron James go to Los Angeles or Miami to build a super team when he could do it in Cleveland, don’t believe everything you read, and for the record, LeBron James could make it to the finals in any conference.
